Your professional cleaning includes complete tartar and plaque removal, gentle polishing, a periodontal evaluation, a full oral exam, and digital X-rays (minimal radiation) when appropriate. If we find something, we explain it without jargon, with intraoral photos so you can see what we see.

Professional whitening
Whiter shades in a single visit — or a take-home kit, whichever you prefer. Without the terrible sensitivity of drugstore products.
We offer two options depending on your schedule and your mouth. In-office whitening uses a hydrogen-peroxide solution with LED light — visible results in about an hour. The take-home kit comes with custom trays molded to fit your bite; ideal for monthly touch-ups and for mild sensitivity.

A dental implant is a titanium post placed surgically into your jawbone, onto which a crown, bridge or denture is mounted. Unlike traditional dentures, an implant fuses with your bone — it doesn't move, doesn't fall out, doesn't require adhesives. It's the closest thing to a natural tooth that modern dentistry can offer.
In El Monte we especially see older patients who lost teeth decades ago and have lived with shame. We want to change that. Dr. Soto works alongside our oral and maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. Dickinson, who places implants right here in our office — and every case begins with a conversation, not a drill.

Crowns & bridges
When a tooth is too damaged for a filling but still worth saving, a crown wraps it completely and restores its shape.
We use state-of-the-art zirconia and porcelain materials that look and feel like a natural tooth — the shade is matched to blend with the teeth beside it, and the bite is calibrated so you won't even notice it. With our digital scanner, in many cases we can deliver your final crown in a single visit, with no goopy molds and no temporary crowns.
To replace one or several missing teeth without surgery, bridges anchored to adjacent teeth are a durable, predictable option — and often covered by traditional insurance.

The first visit shapes your child's whole relationship with the dentist. Ours starts with a tour, a toy toothbrush and zero rush.
We see children from the first baby tooth (~12 months) through the teenage years. Our clinic is designed with warmer areas for the little ones, storybooks in Spanish, and a team that knows a frightened child doesn't learn — they only learn to be afraid. That's why we go slow.
